ABOUT ME

I’m Martin Insua, a Group Creative Director based in Los Angeles with over 20 years of experience making brands more interesting, more relevant, and harder to ignore.
My career has taken me from Buenos Aires to São Paulo, New York, and Los Angeles, working at some of the world’s most creative agencies, including Wieden+Kennedy, R/GA, The Community, Ponce and TBWA\Chiat\Day.
Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to create work for brands like Coca-Cola, Gatorade, Discover, Jack in the Box, Samsung, Ford, Old Spice, Axe, MTV, and many more.
I’ve always believed that great advertising starts with a great idea. But experience has taught me that the real challenge is making it happen. That means building talented teams, creating strong relationships, pushing the craft, protecting the ideas, and finding creative solutions when budgets, timelines, or circumstances say otherwise. I love work that makes people feel something. Work that becomes part of culture. Work that makes brands grow. And work that people actually want to watch, share, and talk about.
Over the years, my work has been recognized at Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clio Awards, Effies, LIA, and other international festivals, and featured in publications including Ad Age, Adweek, Shots, and LBB.
After all these years, what I enjoy most is still pretty simple: working with talented people, solving interesting problems, and creating work we're genuinely proud of.
